Soli Fired from Cape Talk

I know he has people who dislike him but all the same, he has been fired. Does anyone know why?
 
Well i sent an email and i still have had no response.
I really do not like the way Cape Talk handles these situations.
Lets hear it!
When his predecessor[Lisa] was fired it was also done very shoddily.
I wasn't a fan of his but there are a hell of a lot of people that loved his show and the current presenter is totally boring!

My gandma used to listen to him on radio and thought he was such a great radio person. Then she found out he wasn't white and hated him :D

Very true story. But she was of the old school :o

Is she a little deaf by any chance. His accent is very strong. Whilst I think he seems a nice person, he relied far too much on ad-libbing to get through the show. He really needed to prepare more. It got a little irritating when he did his signature laugh.

Lisa Chait had him as a guest on her show until he took over. What's funny is that he was 'fired' from her show as well.

I notice that Big Boy (the weekend presenter) has left too. He was growing on me.

I sometime wonder whether the Cape Talk Station Manager knows where the business is going.

That was many many years ago and he was on Jakaranda I think (Don't know the details) Only the story behind it.
 
i have not listened to Cape Talk since March and i never liked Lisa or Soli and Chris Gibbons seems arrogant. I also felt that Soli liked to dig up dead horses when it comes to the race card.
 
Good.

I really don't like him - he was always laughing all the time at these silly jokes and there didn't seem any real direction in his show. His time-out taxi thing was also rather boring.

I wonder who is replacing him? That's quite a good timeslot to have.
 
While scanning the FANMILY website I pick up tendencies that there was a barney of sorts,
THE FANMILY Bruised and battered, but I'm fighting the good fight
