All the following is gonna be based of the GIGA200 and my observations of why some people I talked to is reluctant to get it.
The GIGA200 atm costs R1800
Not all people are willing to fork out that much upfront and contracts, well contracts are pain in the ass.
So lets create something a bit more user pocket friendly and that's extremely flexible.
Gonna call it the GIGA50 Plus
The Giga50 Plus will give you the following:
12Gig Anytime, 36Gig Night Owl you can use during a 12 month period @ R450
R450 is a much more affordable starting investment. Now for the good part.
Each GIGA50 Plus will have a *147# option where you can upgrade it with your airtime.
3 months in, I have enough money to put in another R450 and I get to upgrade it to a GIGA100 which again gives me another 12Gig Anytime, 36Gig Night Owl on top of my previous remaining data. Although I have 9 months to use it.
Another thing that must happen is that the GIGA50 plus can be activated via any standard CellC sim, and be re-activated when the 12month window ends. This will make it extremely accessible around the country no matter where you live and you won't have to go through the hassle of RICA'ing another sim and going through the trouble of a store that actually has it.
