Login, look for port numbers, if you access the camera via IP it should have a port number after it.

Forward that port in the router.

Remotely over 4G the router is a 4G one
Unfortunately it's the only connection that's available
The fibre in the location needs a sign in every time u use it

Then you need a dynamic DNS.

So if the camera uses port 42250 then you would use marine1.ddns.net:42250 to login. Sounds like the external IP changes therefore needing a new login.

makes sense but I still dont understand why I am getting notifications of movement but no video, very weird

Ok seem to have made some progress, you wont believe this but if you create an account and sign in, you cant view the feed.
If you go in as a non registered user, it works.
Go figure......
