Somebody with DSTV Now please help

DSTV Now has been playing up since Friday. Some channels just freeze and begin to buffer, or shows error 500. Maybe related¿

All channels have disappeared for 2 days now, except the default (weather and stuff). But I have the URL for SS2, it plays.

So SS3 plays too from your link.

So now I just need SS1, 4-8 :D

Can't sort it out as it's not my account.
 
Had a similar issue last week. Only had 5 channels. This was on all media players and in their website. I called the call center and they couldn't assist. Live chat on their app said it was an issue on my account on their end and it was restored two days later.

Only people who could help was the live chat on the app.

As I said. It's not my account. They usually ask for ID number too.

Your problem sounds similar to what I experienced last week.

Maybe try and get the account holder to send them a message via their live chat.

When I watched the rugby yesterday my 'channels' were mixed up, then I had to logout and enter the TOTP through the website. Everything was 100% then. It seems to be an authentication or cache issue.
 
Can someone paste SS1 URL please. They've "hidden" the channels again, and I've been trying Livechat since 9. No response.
