Something a bit different inside, come look!

Excellent. Was looking for another program alternative to BItMeter OSII. Will give NetWorx a look.

Its great because it syncs the data accross the network to all instances of the program (if configured that way) so you can monitor everyones usage from your pc. It has a ton of other features too!

Seems to me that Vox has made the right moves regarding capacity while other ISP's were complaining and thinking narrowly.

Now this thread, though I understand it addresses a 'special', runs pretty much along traditional lines, extending or enhancing current offers in the marketplace.

Maybe Vox is at this moment in time in a position to really put the boot in and capture a far greater share of the market? That would however require some non-traditional thinking, not just tepid tweaking of current marketplace offers.

These night-time specials are a pain for everybody except the tech-heads. Especially if night-time starts at an ungodly 00:00

If Vox has the capacity and network at this moment that no other ISP seems to have, it's time to strike the killer blow. We as customers need an ISP to do this and make all the other ISP's frantically search for ways to catch up.

Actually the more I think about this the more convinced I am that we will see the following:

50gb gig4gig with bolt-on R237
100gb gig4gig with bolt-on R415
200gb gig4gig with bolt-on R771

I agree that the 100GB special is great but if we can get 200GB Anytime and then 800GB from 11PM to 6AM and all weekend for this 800GB Data (Bolt-On) for R 899 that is still better as Vox;s network is still more stable then most and so far i am loving it :)

What ever they do they must just not be like (IS) that takes the fun out of everything.

I will gladly pay R 899 for a top service.

Good God man!! 100gb in 3 days??!! Think you will have to phone Vox or PM @Voxy your log in username and let him find out. You should have got your username and password via sms or email and usually both are pretty obscure and can't be changed. Pretty painful that.

I can easily use 100Gb in 3 days... I pulled 75Gbyte in 26 hours last week.

Has the new special / idea / early access for some - been announced yet?

I believe they are going to announce the new 500GB special sometime in August

Absolutely no inside information, just holding thumbs real tight and hoping this maybe persuades somebody.

Ah, I see. I plan on signing up for 3 or more of the 100GB Fat Pipe specials and was having 2nd thoughts after I saw your post.

Its going to be really sad if they offer 250gb at half price and all of us signed up for 2 x 100gb accounts

I'm going to take a chance and hope the next special is a bigger Fatpipe package as I'm simply too lazy to switch accounts five times a month.

Yeah that 5 seconds of cutting and pasting is a real energy drain :P

The bigger problem is when I'm away and my wife has to do it. She believes that anything tech related must just work.

If I am away and the cap ran out and account had to be switched - then there would not be internet. It must just work and it is my responsibility to keep it that way apparently :)

then I'll get that and keep my 100gb as backup :D

Don't forget the fatpipe lite with bolt-on option gents... Unless you getting above 10mb, bolt-on is a fantastic option.

+100
Would have preferred to buy a bigger capped account, or if they would allow multiple data accounts under one billing account to be combined that would be awesome.
