Would have preferred to buy a bigger capped account, or if they would allow multiple data accounts under one billing account to be combined that would be awesome.

But they do... that is what I did... I just keep buying 100GB specials :)

Not sure you follow what I meant....If I buy 2 *100GB accounts, I would like the convenience of combining those two accounts into one account with one username/password. This would make life so much simpler when I am not around so the internet can continue working.

If that was an option I would sign up immediately.
 
Because the data rolls over, what I've done, is while I'm waiting out my notice period, I'm not using the fatpipe accounts. By the time I start using them (I have 2 x 100gb) they will each have grown to just under 300gb a piece, which means each account will last me a month. I'll rotate accounts on a monthly basis.

Thanks to WebAfrica's archaic calendar months notice period I will only start using the VOX accounts 1st September.
 
To solve the issue of switching accounts, I will look into automating it, for you guys, this weekend, see if we can maybe run a script in the router firmware, or at least have an external app running on the PC. Yes I know you can do it using some automation software but not all of us are that tech-savvy, so let's make it easy for everyone...

Looking at the comments on the Vox thread, I think many people will just settle for better support and billing.

There's nothing wrong with the support or billing.
I call VOX, they call me back.
I have no problem with support at all.
Billing is normal, nothing not working.

Same here, although I only had to contact them once :D
 
I really hope they offer 2 specials - 1 must be a new capped special and the other one must be a bolt-on option for existing Fatpipe people :)
That would make my month :)
 
This is going to turn out to be a massive troll intended to draw attention to the 100GB Fatpipe special :D
 
The wait is over!!! Let us know - and hopefully blow us away :) But whatever it is - please don't oversell your network. I have finally found an ISP that works - set limits and remember them :)
