something strange please help

yesterday my computer crashed and when i restarted it i noticed a problem ...
when i go into MY COMPUTER it had before the crash SHARED DOCUMENTS and ADMINS DOCUMENTS now after the crash there is only SHARED DOCUMENTS the ADMINS DOCUMENTS has disappeared... i did a search but the folder was not found .... anybody with advice on how to get ADMINS DOCUMENTS back will be greatly appreciated.

i know about that 1 but my user name is admin and there was a folder with admins documents which was in my computer and that folder is missing

See if FreeUndelete (there should be a link in the FAQ) or similar can restore the missing folder

It works 100% unless you've copied data to the drive where the data has gone missing. If you have, could be a chance that the new data has overwritten the missing data.

its a really bad idea to use chkdisk as it will fix your errors and you might lose info.Can you get ontrack data recovery tools,also if you unhide all files i am sure there is a found.000 folder you can try to scratch in.

Did u try system restore?
