Sony A700

Hi peeps,

I have a Sony Alpha 700, and when you turn it off, there is a shaking of some sort to shake of any dust on the sensor and so on.

For some reason all of a sudden, my camera does this shake when you power the camera on, for about 3 seconds and does not do the shake when turning off?

Any clues or ideas?

I've cleaned the camera and checked for dusts specs on a test photo of white paper and all is clear. I've searched Google and Sony website but there is no mention of anything like this.

Maybe try restoring the factory settings to their default? The procedure for this should be in your manual.

done that, upgraded to ver 4, reset everything to default twice.

pics are still 100% fine, just funny that it started to do this all of a sudden
