Sony Xperia Z1 introduced

A good looking handset. Look forward to seeing the reviews come in.
 
Well just checked, Telkom Mobile runs the normal Z at R429/month on Smartplan 100, thats crazy expensive, imagine this phone.

Hope the other networks have better pricing, and I will just port over again to whoever.
 
My old Nokia 808 has a 2x bigger camera sensor. Size and pixel wise :D Both, Nokia and Sony, lost most of their value over the last 5 or so years. Nokia has just been sold to microsoft. Sony is still with us but it is on life support, like a skinny HIV patient. It is only a shadow of what it was back in the 80s and 90s. Their pathetic after sales support and over priced products, put me off buying any of their stuff. Apple and off course Samsung rule (for now)

One flagship per year please Sony /people's wallets cant keep up :twisted: - Z owners will probably feel hard done by them when these start rolling out.
 
20.7MP camera? At least they thought ahead and upgraded the image sensor size a bit...it's not always about the megapixels.

But at 170 grams they can keep it

My brain works in mm, so can someone tell me how big that is in English ?

the phone is just released and already having major software issues particularly with the camera from what I hear
