I notice that from time to time mail from Yahoo and Gmail accounts is being bounced by SORBS when sent to my Verizon hosted account. (Verizon use SORBS to check for spam on their smtp servers)
The fix is for google and Yahoo to tell SORBS to fix it!
So, if you are getting complaints that mail isn't getting through to your server, check with the sender, or better still, set up a gmail and yahoo account to send some test messages.
Most users, including very computer savvy people, will have no idea as the case of their mail being bounced and will call you asking why you haven't fixed the problem, while getting progressively abusive when you explain that their email address is the problem.
