The guild does not have to be solely South African. In ours, we have a total of 13 core South Africa raiders. Note that most of them do not actually live in South Africa, but are spread in and around Europe. I think as long as your character has been involved in all the kills.

If the guilds where solely made of South African pps the thread would make sense. Since its an achievement in itself if everyone can actually stay connected throughout an entire boss encounters
