South African car programs

I dunno, us South Africans in general seem to have little on screen presence or personality; I watch our sports folk give interviews and I cringe - we struggle to string a few sentences together. On the other side, I watched this 6 year old American kid that won some random spelling bee rattle off comfortably for 2 minutes when asked a question.
I'm no Gareth Cliff fan but think someone like him could pull off a car show. And me obviously.
 
Oh **** - I knew Deon very very well. I worked with Topcar to make them the first SA magazine on the internet. IF you remember the 90s, topcar.co.za was first posted on aztec's domain in 95. That was my work. I haven't heard from Deon in years. Fun fact: myself and Deon both smoked Gitanes until they went off the market, then he quit but I switched to cigars exclusively for many years.
