This article ignores the biggest failure of all... one that continues to haunt everyone
in this country, every day.
It can be summed up in one word - TELKOM!
This company has managed, all on its own, to set the country back decades in terms
of business efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Many local companies lost opportunities to expand and develop internationally
because of this.
If the new Telkom CEO does not radically change the archaic Pricing, Product
and Service structure within the next 12 months..... it will be Game, Set and Match!!!

Vouch.. the extent towards how "out of sync" telkom technicians are these days is really scary. The ones I talked to doesn't even know about new fibre cables that have landed.. and believe in all kinds of networking myths lol =\
