Hope you can help. I ordered a SpaceStream Express for one of my sites and finally after4 months it has been installed. What i need to know before going onsite is how to setup a LAN for my users to access this system.
I was going to use a Netgear VPN firewall and add the SSE to the wan port and route traffic to the LAN users. I have been told by Telkom Tech that when i connect to the lan cable it will ask me for a SSE username and password and then an ISP user name and password.
Now I am totally confused and have no idea how SSE works and getting info from Telkom has been a nightmare.
Please can someone advise the simplest solution to setup my users onsite and what hardware i need to take before driving the 8 hours to get to the site?
