spam filter

good day, i am using telkom email / webmail and wonder how to go about getting them to upgrade their spam filter so that i can block emails by content, it is useless to block the spam email cause it just generate new emails the whole time but the content is the same old crap. example [email protected] and so it goes on and on. i want to block it at the source (which is at the webmail) i tried on telkom help and selfhelp, sms, email, etc, and it just doesnt work.

Move your email to a decent email service provider..

Telkom are not going to diddly squat about their email service and if they did, they would likely only break things, rather than improve it..

The days of using ISP email service are long gone.. ISPs no longer care for their email servers as their time and money are far better spent elsewhere.. hence the lack of upgrades, fixes and improvements..
