Spam - K53 drivers license

I have recently been getting spam from an anonymous source. The only thing I can think of is that my daughter recently signed up for her drivers license at a local traffic department...

The email is as follows:

when i did my it 8 years ago i used a disk and it ran through each question

Thanks but no thanks, I don't support anyone using unethical means to do their business. If they can't provide a phone number and address, are you going to send them money?
