our company in inundated with advertising from a S.A company.We have called them, emailed them , unsubscribed etc but they are relentless.
their spam has resulted in our important emails taking ages to d/l because of their larger emails.
Is their a way I can give them a dose of their own medicine like put their email on a mailing list?

1. Obtain samples of the spam, and the correspondence you've sent to them.

2. Ask your sysadmin to block their IP at firewall level (I just love this part)

3. Send the spam samples + correspondence to a lawyer and request that he write them a stern final warning.

Whatever you do, DON'T put them on a mailing list - they can get you for fraud.

Find out (from co.za - if they have a .co.za address) who does their hosting etc... contact them... tell them you're going to take them to court etc, because THEY are not stopping them (if they go thru the hosters) and you watch how fast they stop.

If you tell me one of the emails they use i can run a whois on it and give you there phone number (usually you can get it) and some other nifty information. Maybe it will help
