Not a fan of fridge tarts, but a good baked cheese cake, (not the shyte coffee shops serve) - served with strawberries/coulis, and some thick cream is pretty darn good.

Honestly no, i have not, but I have made homemade Pizza and find the User comments amusing/helpful + the steps are well laid out so it's pretty fool proof.
