Only thing I've ever attempted to bake is banana loaf. I'll stick to the simple stuff.
Oh, and fudge.
I've also got a dbl choc mousse recipe I'm keen to try.

Best meal I ever had in Mozambique (sorry Lancelot), was crab curry. I am still in awe after all this time!!

Ha, dinner was finished already and she was taking a business call. I was shutting down the laptop and did my usual website checks before doing so. Wanna know what happened once the laptop was shutdown?

There 's a restaurant in Hurlingham called Gerhard's which serves something like a 'chocolate torte'.
Not sure of the recipe, but it tastes like they took a whole melted slab of chocolate, added another slab on top of it, and put it on a crust. It's pure chocolate in tart form hee hee! Yummmm.
