Spectrum regulations published by ICASA

The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) has published the Radio Frequency Spectrum Regulations on 31 March 2011 in the government gazette and on the ICASA website.

Looks like the 5725-5850Mhz Point to Point 200W E.I.R.P allowance has been removed!

Bugger. :mad:
 
Looks like the "Ham" licence catagories were finaly corrected and they removed the "National Body" status of the South African Radio League from the regulations. Good thing they did!
 
I don't know if the "ham" licence holders have noticed but they have lost all their frequency allocations above 30MHz
