I believe its because the myBB staff are so crazy busy - It's likely one of them may not get a lot of time to check PM. So its a redundancy from myBB to ensure at least one of the hard working staff there get the info and are able to respond. #gatkruip

Wouldnt it be easier to setup an email such as [email protected] that forward to their email addresses?
