Speed tests

To all the tech guys a question I need help with please
I have an Axxess / MTN LTE connection ( 60 + 60 )
I have just done a speed test on my Broadband as on attachment @ 0.76mbps
I tried another speed test as below on Ookla @ 9.28 Mbps
Which one of the two should I go on as this is a massive difference
Is there a problem with my PC ?

Never heard of Host1Plus as an ISP. They must not be peering with the MyBB speedtest servers, or something.

The Ookla speedtest looks ok. From the ping, I am assuming it is a WISP?

I just googled and went to ookla, but my connection is very sluggish, at times I cannot even open my home page so I am almost believing mbb

Looks like you're running your test through a VPN? try disabling the VPN and try again.

Looks like a VPN running on a host1plus IP...

I do have a vpn, is there a setting I must change?, all though this speed is the same when vpn is disconnected aswell
