Speed upgrade question

I was on a 50/5 package with webafrica & used the "upgrade" function to move to 100/10.
However nothing has changed.
Does anyone know the procedure here, is there some manual process that has to occur before the line speed is upgraded?

Ja think they(w.a) needs to notify vumatel first.. ?

I think this is what happened with me when I upgraded with AH from a 10 to a 20. Nothing happened, all my e-mails went unanswered, then the 1st of the next month came, and it was upgraded. So just wait till next month, probably not what you wanted to hear.
