Speedtest app over-inflate the real speed

Has anyone else noticed that whenever you do a Speedtest on the Ookla app, they over inflate the speed.

Doing the same test on the Mybroadband Speedtest app, the speed is accurate to what I currently have.

Not sure if they have some special privileges. Or Metrofibre not shaping the speedtest correctly from the Ookla App.

Not all speed test servers are the same...

Speed test traffic are all prioritised these days. Only thing it really tells you is that your line and home network is capable of a certain speed to the node you are testing against.
