Spindle

Do any of you have this? https://www.yuppiechef.com/spindel....campaign=3e254558-c790-4f3f-a741-eacc1e618cbf

I am keen on the electricity savings to be achieved.

My question is if leaves clothing very wrinkled? Most of our items made from t-shirt type material do not need ironing after it come from the tumble dryer and it would be great if the Spindle can achieve the same.
Bokkie is a better one ,if you can find one ,ask at laundry supply companies .those are tiny and only just get the water out .seen plenty at second hand shops ,cheap nasty plastic .

R100 cheaper from Takealot and includes free delivery, if you don't like it return it within 30 days for full cash refund no questions asked

Are you referring to the Spindle here? Is Bokkie then much larger and more efficient?

bokkie is an industrial grade spinning thingy ,but still wont get all the water out ,they leave the clothes damp ,but they dry quicker .just remember load weight 4.5 kg of wet clothes isn't much ,good for undies and vests maybe .

Never been camping in my life. WOW he's washing 5 shirts - impressive.
you fill it with 3 shirts ,add boiling water ,spin the kak out of it and the lids clips break off inside and everything comes spewing out .

If you want to save electricity, stop using the tumble dryer. Hang your clothes on a line like normal people do.

We had ours for many years. Yes it wrinkles clothes much more that a tumble dryer. We use it in winter (Western Cape) to do a "pre-dry" before putting stuff in the tumble dryer making for much shorter tumble dry sessions. In summer we can dry clothes outside and don't use it then.

I find that my washing machine's spin cycle at 1200 rpm leaves washing quite dry, even thick cloth like towels do not drip water. This machine of the OP seems to rely on the fins to lift the washing upwards, which is practically impossible if it's dripping wet, or had a spin dry on the standard 400rpm cycle.

No fins in this thing. It spins the contents and the centrifugal force removes the water.

To the OP - buy the bigger of the two options.
