im talking about the ridiculously expensive stuff, that people claimed was hidden in a Cellar in Paris as the Nazis invaded,
kept unopened for more than 80 years, and uncorked when the Queen died,

problem is Wine like Art is extremely subjective, you could take a Chimpanzee get it to draw a scribble, and put it in a fancy frame
and make millions from Dumb idiots who think that stuff is priceless,
same too with Wine, buy a cheap nonsense, put it in a fancy glass, and people spend Thousands on it.

and its super easy to fool even the experts with years of wine tasting experience, even they cant tell the difference between expensive and cheap.
hence why I say all totally subjective,

Depend on how many wines you must taste, if it's a handful, swallow. If it's a lot, spit. A little will always stay behind though anyway.
