Splitting ADSL line between two people

Hey I'd like to know how to split an ADSL line between two people e.g. 2mbit/s for one person and 2mbit/s for the other person. I have a Mega 100 WR2 router. Any help would be appreciated.

Why would you want to limit the speed... if one person is demanding bandwidth, then they get the full hog, if another does, it is shared evenly afaik.

^^ - you have not seen how much a loaded p2p adsl user can spoil the experience for someone else on the same line.

Get a linux router box inbetween you and the line. Done.

I don't know about the OP's situation, but playing games online doesn't work well if someone else is surfing... Games don't need much bandwidth, but you can't play if someone is hogging all of it.
