hello i have three sim cards with rain all of them have R250 Uncapped deal but this month i will not be using 2 of the sim cards but i cant seem to only pay for one sim card i have to pay all three R750 why is that has anyone come across this issue please assist and PS: two of the sim cards are being used by my brother and niece and they are out of the country at the moment so cant be paying for them while they arent gonna be used

You need to deactivate the service on those SIM cards. I could be wrong, although I do believe this has to be done before the start of the month

That service actually cost R250 wether you use it or not. Unlike the anytime data which you only pay if you used the service.

If you did not switch off unlimited off-peak before the start of the month, then you will be billed for the service.
 
D*nm was afraid of that guess il have to wait till next month and maybe pay r entire bill
 
You have to switch it off before the start of the new month. You pay for access, therefore regardless of when you deactivate it, you'll still pay full...
