not many people in SA have a connection to their home that can stream a cricket test at "at least 5mbps" for 5 days without buffering...

5Mbps is just a figure they use.
You'll be fine on a 4Mbps

Sky Sport does all the Super Rugby games

You will have to adjust the times on that page, currently its 2 hours behind, so if it says game is 3pm, its 5pm in SA. It will change to 1 hour difference when the seasons change soon, eg. daylight savings time ect.
