Spreadsheet Expert Needed - Data Migration

Our invoicing system is still being done on Lotus 123 for DOS (don't ask)... I really want to update the system to OpenOffice OpenCalc in Windows XP. I suspect we may need to do a two step migration (I have Lotus Smartsuite for Windows as well). But I don't even know where to start. I am not the one who originally set the system up, that guy has left the company a long time ago.

Do any of you have the skill and the time (obviously we are willing to pay), or do you know of anyone who can come and look at this system and migrate the spreadsheets to an updated system? We have a new computer set apart for that purpose.
