Well if this tour taught me anything it's that our kicking coach sucks, we're missing better scrummagers and some over hyped players - hint, Midfield

Given the conditions it was a good performance from the Boks. Tough, gritty, pugnacious performance!! Lambie's tactical kicking was superb today!!

Cobeserio scrummed illegally the whole time, cant the tv ref inform the on field refs to look at it?
Well done boks. Ruan had a shocker and Lambie despite what Matfield would have you believe had an ordinary game even with his new freedom.
We were very lucky today. England's hands let them down. About 5 times in our 22 better teams wouldve converted it into points.
Ref was bad but Naas pointed out we shouldn't have scored the try due to an offside.
Boks need to learn to either close out a game or play for 80 minutes.
I feel for their captain because I would also have gone for the penalty as they should've gotten the kick off with half a minute to play and been able to work in a drop goal or penalty.

It was good to see how Pat Cilliers countered the illegal scrummaging. Also shows that the management team also identified the problem and made a plan!

I reckon another day with another ref the captain or coach would have had a quiet word at halftime but Owens gives the impression of being quite obstinate so the decision to rather sub the tighthead.
I don't think Jannie has a flawed technique and replays showed that it was in fact his opponent scrumming in.

Agree on both counts.
Problem was that Owens had already decided that Jannie was causing all the problems at scrum time.
