Sprintnet slow

Is anyone else also experiencing problems with Sprintnet being very slow for the last couple of days?

I'm in the northern suburbs of Western Cape. Everything was running 100% until about a week ago, and now it's just very unstable and slow.

It's improved after channel changes and a couple of other tweaks. 4Mb uncapped
