Spur Changed Their Spare Rib Sauce

Paki food is disgustingly sweet. Theri soups/stews/curries are too mild as well.

That's why they are so sweet when you ask for a refund on something you purchased from them.

I think you have to cook that? Some of us want it to magically appear cooked in front of you :)
You don't have to cook it. Can just smash it straight out the bag while also swilling Pepsi Max from a 2l bottle. For dessert, watermelon, peel, seeds, and all.

It will literally be cheaper and more enjoyable to buy an Audi RS3 new, and drive it to the restaurants and pay them :)

Certainly cheaper. Wimminz nowadays especially the pretty ones are high-maintenance.

This does not apply to the Spur haters.

So every now and then I enjoy some spare ribs with the sticky sweet sauce we all know and love.

Well Spur has decided to change that - it's not sweet, it's not sticky and it's not tasty. It's like eating meat on a bone now without the taste.
I ordered from two different Spurs with the same result.

Disappointed.

Will be ordering from a more expensive place from now on who still has the sticky sweet sauce.
Changed their Salad Dressing too.

Assuming you dig ribs (and we exclude Dubbya or any other Bush from this discussion), I love Ribs. Thunder Gun WAS my go to but now found a place at Old Parks Club on Jan Smuts Avenue called Tipu Cafe. R199 for 600g and have never had such tender & flavourful Ribs. Makes BRM taste tough & full of sugar. Well worth a try

how much did they pay you for this ad ?

I hate it when restaurants change something popular to a lower quality product. It's most likely a cost cutting measure.

I went to my local Spur some months ago, and noticed that it looked very generic. No more "authentic" Spur style decor, everything just plain.

You waited 10 years for this moment. Must be the best ribs on the plannet.

Funny enough for a place with the best ribs they don't have a singe photos on Google of those ribs.

Please post a photo!

The Indian theme offended people so they had to change it. It was not appropriate for modern times anymore.
