A kid who didn't stop hitting his daughter according to reports. Aren't we allowed to defend our children now? He should've spanked the little sh#t because she obviously isn't going too.

When she told her story and Spur backed her up, people called her and Spur liars. When they presented CCTV footage backing up her story, people no longer called her a liar, they simply defended him again saying that there was nothing wrong with him grabbing her daughter because she grabbed her child much harder than he did.
How much do you want to bet that if they showed footage of him calling her a **** and telling her f.you and his daughter slapping her daughter first that you still wouldn't continue to find an excuse to keep defending both him and his daughter?

Lol... so you'd simply let the hitting and bullying continue? I mean not that it hurts your kid or anything. ??? He probably grabbed the kid to keep the brat away from his daughter and she flipped and made this scene of it.
Where is this cctv footage you guys keep talking about. I'm going on what's been in the initial report and video...

You mean the Lloyd people? You mean his friends? The very same people who neglected to mention that he grabbed her child and asked his daughter to hit her?
How about the Spur employees and their CCTV confirming her story? You did watch the video right? You did see and hear her accusing him of coming to her table and swearing at her right? Or did we watch two different things?

So maybe the mother should have gone and spanked his daughter when her kids came to complain to her the first few times according to your logic right?
But I'm curious about these reports of yours you've been reading where her "little ****" wouldn't stop hitting his daughter. Do you have a link? I'd like to go read them.

I'm taking bets you'll come back and tell us the man was fully within his rights.
Eye witness accounts are grasping at straws? Where is this claimed footage that show a different version. You're just defending something that has no current defense. In times past he himself would have given her child a spanking, but hey today that would be called child abuse.
Neglected or simply that it didn't happen the way Spur claims? Again where can I see this footage? The piece Spur released only shows from where the argument was already under way and nothing about her swearing at him before that. So these people are liars but her friends aren't?

The cctv footage proves a man approaching and conversing the woman.
After few words were exchanged he tugged the kid, abusive? No!
The whole objective of this argument is the fact that the woman failed to be apologetic for her child's behavior, eye witnesses stated her kid engaged the other kid.
Instead of getting down an asking the little rascal if said incident occurred she went on a complete rampage! Even if he was profane first, which is justified by the fact that he's a concerned father.
Any father will react in such a manner!
Why the hell is there need to bring up race into this situation? Even if he did call her racial slurs, it was provoked by anger.
That woman seriously needs to discipline her kid, bullying starts at home!
She'll be free to continue such behavior knowing her mother will go in guns blazing to defend her.

What you don't get is that you're saying his kid started the bullying. Others are saying her kid started the bullying. Where is the real evidence? The cctv footage on youtube shows when he grabs her kid. Not cool and a little different than what i figured when reading the article. Though no one still knows what actually happened. Spur employees and witnesses have mixed stories.
I've seen how unruly and undisciplined these kids can be. One of the reasons I don't like eating at Spur besides for their insane prices.

What friends of hers? None of her friends made any statements that I recall. But a third neutral party, Spur and it's employees backed up her version of events and from what I saw of the footage, what she has been saying from the very beginning has been confirmed. She very calmly explained to him kids would be kids then he called her a **** and told her f.you. and she cussed him back when he grabbed her child.
His two eye witnesses who happen to be his friends, claimed he simply went up to her calmly to ask for her to discipline her child and she immediately started cussing at him. What complete BS.
The footage proved he grabbed her child. The footage proved he threatened her with physical violence.

Spur is actually not a neutral party. I don't know how you gathered that from a 50 second soundless clip. I also don't see how you can assume all the witnesses to be his friends.
Spur is actually still deliberating with their lawyers if they can release the footage. Probably trying to figure out if it can back up her version.
Well guess what? So far she hasn't been caught in any lies in her version. And in case you've missed it, he's the one who is the bully. He's the one with six assault charges against his name. And let's not forget he is claimed to have tried to strangle one of his girlfriends already. It's only a matter of time before he pulls an Oscar and by then it would be too late.
I guess in this case his daughter was only following in his footsteps.
