I am looking for a LOCAL address from which to download the SQL Server 2008 CTP Express Edition.

Does anyone know if I could?

I require it for a project and am seriously NOT a fan of Access.

Any help in this regard is welcome.

I'm wanting to run it with Visual Studio 2008, it's also a need as part of project spec.

How is the compatibility with SQL 2005 wrt VS 2008?

Not sure about SQL2008 but my developers run VS2005 and 2008 with SQL 2005 and they have no complaints.

SQL server express 2005 is bundled with VS 2005 and 2008 as far as I know.
