If the sauce is from sriracha in Thailand it is authentic, the one I bought is imported from sriracha ;)
That rooster brand is popular in the US and they make it in the US too, so best to get authentic ;)

The authentic Sriracha sauce is made in the USA with a rooster on the bottle.
Generic sriracha sauce (note the lower case 's') is a Thai condiment

I have some home made sauce, i have to handle it with latext gloves. The second the sauce touches my hands my skin warms up. Its like a nulcear bomb going off in my mouth

The chocolate bhut is actually pretty boring. I grew some last season not that hot. Bhut is not the worlds hotter pepper, it was a few years ago, the chili belows ranks in at close to 2m SHU, bhut is only around a million or just over.

I eat these on a regular occasion:
