Sriracha

is this an asian sauce or something. if so have you perhaps tried some place like the china mall. don't know where the mall is but you should be able to find things like that there.

it's an Asian style sauce, but the one in question is produced in the good ol' US of A. The various China malls seem to carry brands from SE Asia

Pretty sure I saw it in some PTA Spar as well...will keep an eye out.

I've looked in every Spar, PnP and Checkers that I drive past. Nothing.

They're the only African distributor according to Huy Fong. Anyone with better Google skillz than me (unlikely) able to find anything?
 
I'm making a homemade version of this at home right now. Its been fermenting in my cupboard for a week. Well, its supposed to be fermenting, I dont know if its started yet. I'll update when its ready. Never had the real thing before, so I dont know what to compare it to.

the photo on that website doesn't look like Huy Fong. There isn't a picture of a rooster, and the brand seems to be Suree. They have ripped off the look and feel of the original sriracha sauce though...

The one made in the US, or the one made in "Si Racha" thailand that the US version is based on and spelt wrongly?
