So these clowns had about a month to perform maintenance on the powerstations, yet here we are with still over 12000MW of unavailable generating capacity.

This is starting to look like they are

1. Unable to afford the maintenance work
2. Unable to perform the maintenance work
3. They are unable to afford coal and diesel for these power stations
4. The suppliers are not supplying coal and or diesel in the correct quantities at the correct grades on time
5. All of the above
