[09 June 2021] **Update** Load shedding suspended from 20:00. Stage 1 on Sat & Sun between 17:00 and 20:00

Stage 2 load-shedding until Sunday

Eskom will resume load-shedding on Wednesday morning until Sunday night due to delays in generating units returning to service, as well as the depletion of emergency generation reserves.

The power utility stated that stage 2 load-shedding will be implemented from 10:00 this morning until until 22:00 on Sunday night.

"Due to the continued delays in returning generation units to service at Kusile, Tutuka, Duvha, Kendal and Koeberg power stations, stage 2 load-shedding will be implemented from 10:00 today until 22:00 on Sunday night," Eskom said.
 
Kusile? That's a lot of maintenance required on generating units for a new power station

and we have no water either. So I'm stinky and cold.

At this rate, camping in my back yard would be more civilized.
 
Eskom forgot to mention there after Fups still to come. Mooi manne fok so aan.
We will be ending as a fourth world country or even fifth.
