You have a point. In my mind increased maintenance should translate to lower levels of loadshedding going forward as units become more reliable.

I ping him to get his opinion on how Eskom is collapsing. I'm genuinely interested in how he clings to the idea that Eskom is improving in light of so much evidence to the contrary. I genuinely find his outlook fascinating.

Yes it's possibly a little funny, but it isn't about harassing him and he doesn't deserve harassment. I simply want his opinion.
