Stage 6 load shedding is back

Minister of Electricity is starting to flaunt his newly assigned powers.

Stage 6 is 1 timeslot of over 4hrs, I remember clearly having that last week

They say we are in Stage 5 but then they give us Stage 6

You are confused. Stage 4 only has two hour slots. Stage 5 has one 4 hour slot every 32 hours. Stage 6 has two 4 hour slots every 32 hours, etc.

P.S. For Stage 9 and beyond there will be one 6 hour slot every 32 hours, etc.

All of those super productive achievers at Eskom needs their pay rises and benefits approved.

Not true and manipulation.

Stage 6 in our town is 2 sessions of 2.5 hours each and 2 double sessions of 5 hours each per day. This means 15 hours of no electricity.

Stage 4 and 5 is 2 sessions of 2.5 hours each and 1 double session of 5 hours every day. This means 10 hours of no electricity. We had these outages the past week every single day.
 
Ah yes because as was said, Ethekwheni added pretty much fokal.

Who wants to bet they were really hoping on that and not just a publicity stunt. Wait till it loses them the metro.
