Bit of an odd prediction to make because even though demand will be higher, Koeberg Unit 1 is scheduled to be back, as are all the three Kusile units currently offline, which will be about 3000MW. Of course, other stuff will breakdown etc., but there is alot of capacity that *should* come back on a more permanent basis than currently is the case now. I guess my main point is that more capacity *should* be more baseload capacity than is currently the case.
