I got stalker but mine never freezed then again i don't think I played the game long enough to freezeNot crazy about the game.

Had a few lockup's when I had it, other than that no problems, u running Vista?

Yip, running Vista Home Premium. Funnily enough, I actually installed Stalker last week Friday to try out again. I managed to play for 3 or 4 hours straight without any issues. But I installed the 1.0005 version patch right after installing.

Have loaded all the patches but I think its the ATI Graphics card cause I ran it off a GeForce 8800GT and no problems

Make sure you have the latest drivers for your graphics card, directx etc installed.
