Standard Bank app experiencing technical issues

Just tried registering my details on their app, it tells me I have to go to a bloody branch to reset my pin!!!:mad:

How on earth do you forget your pin?? :eek:

That's one of the few things I'll be able to tell you if you wake me at 3 am in the morning.

With fishing scams and banking fraud so rife, I would imagine any pin reset/etc is flagged as suspicious activity and you need to go to a branch.

I had to go to a branch when I wanted to change the phone number for my mobile banking. They don't take any chances anymore.
 
The app isn't working for me since yesterday.

It says "TECHNICAL ERROR HAS OCCURRED", and is terribly slow to even get to that error.
