Standard Bank went off line early this morning. Very frustrating as not been able to draw cash or do any transactions is delaying my departure.

The Centurion Branch says maybe back on line by 13h00 no guarantees :mad:
 
Internet banking also seems to be offline - the App is offline - yet their website says nothing, nothing at all? WTF? They really do treat us as idiots.
 
I cannot do paypal (linked to standardbank mastercard) purchases, cannot do online mastercard purchases (takealot, orange) and cannot login to standardbank to do EFT as last resort... Fun.
 
Was working earlier this morning all seems down right now!
 
Imagine its the end of the month and we need to be transacting , they had yesterday to play these monkey games of theirs
 
All SB mainframes went offline, most systems are back up but Internet and Mobile Banking is still offline.

ATMs and card should be working now.
 
Offline on the first of the month :/ not like Standard Bank tho...

I think I would priorities fixing the problem over getting the 20 odd sign offs to update the website... Treating us like idiots comes afterwards, like the excuse for the downtime.
 
Can anyone confirm if they back up ? my app is still down. Don't want to drive to the ATM and still cannot draw
 
Internet Online banking & my Android banking app still offline.
 
Just spoke to Prestige Banking the systems are still down :mad:
 
I can just imagine the stress level of Standard Bank's CTO now. :eek:
