Standardbank

I'M GOING TO FK'NG LOSE IT !!!!

It takes for ever, and once i have created a beneficiary it give a screen and says : Internet banking is currently offline

FFS !!!!!!! :mad:

This is so fk'ng annoying. If I want to pay something i want it done now and it's over..... :mad:

Yipee payment went thru. So make that 45 minutes to create a beneficiary and making a payment.

This just messed up my whole day. :mad:
 
As far as I have been told....Standard Bank is implementing SAP and we all know how much trouble SAP is to implement(well atleast those who have worked on it) especially with the skills shortage in this country.

All I can say is look forward to more bigger problems(today, tomorrow, forever) :p
 
Ya, it has been up and down for weeks.

When it works it is super slow. :(

How come only Standard Bank have these issues with their online banking?
 
I'm having the same problem. Unable to log into my account. (The login page doesn't even load). Had this problem yesterday afternoon as well, but last night it seemed to be fine. :mad:

As far as I have been told....Standard Bank is implementing SAP and we all know how much trouble SAP is to implement(well atleast those who have worked on it) especially with the skills shortage in this country.

All I can say is look forward to more bigger problems(today, tomorrow, forever):p

Standard Bank is the worst internet banking facility I have ever used. And it is deteriorating every time they change something. But is it their whole system that seems to be going downhill.
Tried to make an ATM deposit today at a major branch. Half the ATM's were out of order and the others would not do any transactions except cash and saldo. (and it wasn't the satellite ATM that have limited services) When I lodged a complaint inside the branch, the receptionist said that they have endless problems with the ATMs. How pathetic can a bank get? Walked over to FNB - full service no problem.
 
Some of the automatic debit orders didn't go though correctly either. WebAfrica didn't get paid = No internetz. Thankfully I've got an Axxess prepaid voucher handy.

I just noticed they charge R 0.65 per e-mail notification :eek:
So glad I moved to Nedbank, just sorting out a last few things online and only noticed it now. Fk'ng sharks.

Nedbank dont do e-mail notifications though.
