Your best bet is to try a company that sells cases and assembles PCs such as Esquire, PCZone etc.

There are apparently several different risers available depending on your case and the screws which were provided. Most PC cases use two types of threads - 6-32 (imperial - PSU, PCI cards etc.) and M3 (metric - optical, stiffy drives etc.). Some of the risers have 6-32 threads in both the male and female sections while others use a 6-32 thread on the male screw and an M3 thread in the recessed nut while others use M3 threads throughout. Can you screw the male part of one of your unstripped risers into the female part of a different riser? I think it would be relatively easy to find risers which use M3 threads in both sections (Mantech, Rabtron etc.) but your case may have 6-32 threaded holes to hold the risers. Most risers have a height of 1/4" but this is not always so. The risers in my case appear to use 6-32 threads in both sections.

Take a look at this Wikipedia article on PC case threads so that you know how to identify the different threads and hence the kind of risers that you require.

Check with Mitabyte or Matrix Warehouse. I'm sure they will have some spare to share with you for free :)
