Yeah , I also preordered at kalahari. The tracking says they shipped last night. But I am in Secunda and it will probs only reach me by the end of the week.

Is it better than the beta??
 
I'm not sure what the pricing is, but if its around the rumored R500+ for the "Terran Episode", Activision can go fk themselves ;)

I'll get the crack instead.
 
My copy also got delivered to my office this morning...from BT Games (received it 09:00)...can't wait to go home :)

I'm interested in the multiplayer so the fact that you can only play one race's single player is no biggy. Alteast we know we getting another 2 expantions in the near future :)

Just got my copy, looking at it now :D :D :D

....but for your entertainment, let me tell the tale of my journey into obtaining my copy:

Last night I was broke as a politicians career and my bakkie was quite low on fuel ( light blinking and with my GPS measuring how much my mileage costs, it was a stretch ).

I went to (C)anal walk for the midnight launch, while driving saying stuff like "C'mon baby, just a few more km, dont die on me now". Phew! I made it and was the first there. My plan was to hang about, waiting till my paycheck cleared through then I can buy my game!

22h00 the doors open, only 5 guys allowed at a time to secure their copy. Damn, money still not in yet, oh well no rush, I pre ordered my copy :)

23h00.....ok starting to get a bit worried here, still no pay and guys already bragging about how the previous starcraft ended and trivia. I'll go for a smoke, my last in my packet.

00h00.....yay! the game is finally here! 12 years later! guys jumping around with their Collector's editions......but my pay still isnt in yet :( its ok, the launch is till 01h00.

00h30.....after sitting in my car watching music videos and staring at my phone.....still no sms.....off to the atm again. Still nothing.....ok starting to panic, no fuel , no ciggies, no airtime, no money for parking.....

00h45....I officially hate the bank.....but I still got R20 left in my account......time for plan B. I waited 12 years.....whats another few hours?

Pull the last R20 and off to the petrol station next door....get R15 airtime......cool thats sorted but still not enough for the parking.

Security guard wants to lock up and I'm running out of time here. Time to phone my buddy who banks with the same bank. "Dude, I'm in the **** here....."

My bud springs me a R200 to get fuel to go home. Me pissed off ( but yet the most patient man in the world ), play the beta to amp myself up.

Wake up this morning, SMS "your salary has been paid in".........at 04h03 in the morning :mad:

oh well, at least I got out of it.....and here I am holding my copy dearly :D

I've just sprung for an upgrade to my system.. new graphics card so I can plays this game....

When that arrives I will be moseying off to buy my this game, or the CE if its available.
