Hi, I ordered Starlink when it first opened the deposits for South Africa.
When it was reported a few weeks ago that the Starlink launch was changed from 2023 to Unknown I decided to cancel my order.
I canceled on 16th September 2022 and to date I still have not received my refund of the $99. Went on to the website and clicked the refund query and only received an email stating below.
"Our records indicate that your order has been canceled and refunded to the original payment method on 2022-09-16. Unfortunately ,this cancellation cannot be reversed at this time.
If you would still like to receive Starlink, please sign up again on Starlink.com with a different email address.
If you have not received your refund and 10+ days have passed, please have your bank issue a statement to you on their bank letterhead indicating that refunds have been rejected and the reason why. You may submit the letter to us here as an attachment as proof. Once obtained we will investigate and reach out to you."
It is a no reply email and on the Website there is no option to contact support or upload anything.
Just wondering if anyone else also has this issue. Does not seem like I am likely to get my deposit back.
