My warrior is doing well with all the heirlooms, but when i tried levelling one a few months back without any, it was dreadfully slow and painful. More than any other class I've played, playing a warrior is reliant on gear. Good gear and you're a powerhouse, bad gear and you're a wet noodle. Heirlooms definitely solved the latter, at least while levelling.
Easiest was my mage, as frost. Went RAF to 60 and then just blitzed through BC and Northrend, shattering mobs everywhere. A bit slow early on if you dont RAF, but once you've got a few talent points to spare, it's cake. Especially now with the water elemental glyph - take that as soon as you can pick up water elemental and the rest of your levelling will be a cakewalk.
